The one star is being generous. This was my first out of state travel experience and it was terrible. The facility they sent me to had the most racist people I have met in my life. I was treated horribly. On top of that my recruiter did not listen to what I wanted and sent me to a facility with patient demographic that I specifically told him I did not want. They have taken almost a Month and still haven't paid me. Now my recruiter has stopped responding to me.

I was with LRS for about a year and a half. My last assignment I was asked to extend approx 4 times, I liked the facility and had a great relationship with staff and management so I would extend. My contract ended 3/12. I was supposed to take a 2 week break in between contracts then start back up 3/27. Well a week before my contract ends my recruiter texts me and says we gave the hospital the wrong dates your current contract is supposed to end 4/1. However the contract I physically signed stated 3/12. I expressed my concern to my recruiter regarding my 2 week break as I needed that time off. My recruiter assured me everything would be fine and would communicate to the hospital the wrong dates were given and we would start back up on the original date of 3/27. Fast forward to 3/13, I am getting calls from the hospital stating I am scheduled to work. I called the LRS emergency line, no one answered and the answering machine was full! I texted my recruiter, he got back to me the next day stating “working on it now.” A week later I get a text from the manager of the floor that my contract is canceled. At first I was told by my recruiter- when I notified him- it was due to low census, then a week later after applying to other jobs in the same hospital system I’m getting feedback , due to “attendance issues .” So now, every time I apply for this certain hospital system my application is declined!. Communication is a huge issue here!

Bob has been my go-to for one of the top accounts we work with. Anytime the client has a high priority need, Bob has always pulled through, and has a steady pipeline of quality candidates for us to review! This last year of working with Bob has been sometimes tumultuous as we had some growing pains with accounts as we created systems and put processes in place. He was patient and open to learning with us through it all. Our success could not have been achieved without Bob and his always timely and reliable help! Thank you LRS & thank you Bob Barrientos!

I have done a few contracts with LRS most being the worst places in history. When they ask how’s it going and you you make them aware that it’s a dump, they come up with all the excuses possible. They say companies that use agency are always bad. I have had multiple recruiters due to the lac of communication from them all including the so called boss Jeff. I have never been able to go to the next contract smoothly since they have never done anything timely enough. This current issue is them not paying for time worked and this is the second time this has happened. When I try contacting my recruiter Adam… he told me I needed to contact my recruiter. Spoke to several people including Joanie who told me she was over payroll and all that resulted in was my previous recruiter Rachel contacting me and wanting me to explain the situation for the 10th time. Worst company I have ever worked for, especially when you see the rates others pay for the same location. Other nurses with less experience were making 7-8 hundred dollars more a week than I was

I got hurt on the job, at my contract at Humboldt Park health in Chicago, workmen comp claim started everything was good lrs said they have it handled, tell me why I just got a collection notice from the hospital visit. That was told it was paid for and on top of that the hospital sent the notices to lrs lrs did absolutely nothing about it. Don't worry though I have paperwork.
